Fashionology Festival will take place at the Nguyen Hue Streetwalk (District 1, HCMC) from 20 to 22, October 2017. This is the first time in Vietnam that a fashion festival receives regional level involvement of more than 150 designers in the country and internationally from countries Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Cambodia, and Laos. The event will showcase more than 1,400 fashion designs with the performances of more than 250 domestic and international designers.

Besides the fashion show diversity and originality, the festival will also feature the different technology demonstration stage, such as the modern boombox sides, demos 3D mapping technology kinetic dynamics, technology AR Magic Mirror.  

The festival is an opportunity for businesses and designers to foster fashion business cooperation opportunities. This is also a platform for the talents of the outstanding students’ in design schools.

According to Mr. Bui Ta Hoang Vu, Director of the Department of Tourism Ho Chi Minh City, this festival is not only a cultural event modern tourism because it combines the aspirations between fashion and technology,  but also the opportunity to attract tourists in the country and internationally to Ho Chi Minh City.

The event will be held annually on the occasion of the Vietnam Women’s Day (20-10).

ASEAN Fashion Designers Showcase is honored to be part of this inaugural event.
